A company is looking for a VP of Privacy and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead global privacy and compliance initiatives, collaborating with various departments
Develop and maintain a comprehensive privacy program, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Monitor and coordinate compliance activities, develop training programs, and serve as a resource for privacy-related issues

Required Qualifications:

7+ years' experience in privacy program development and management at a B2B SaaS company
Knowledge of international and domestic privacy laws, including CCPA, GDPR, and PIPEDA
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Juris Doctorate (optional)
Fluency in French (optional)
