VP of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Product to lead the product vision and strategy for a global payroll and contractor management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for global payments, onboarding, billing, and worker experiences
• Lead prioritization across teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and tracking progress
• Enable and mentor a team of Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to achieve high performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; technical degree preferred
• 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5+ years in B2B platforms
• 3+ years of experience leading Product Managers or managing cross-functional product groups
• Proven track record of owning and scaling complex B2B SaaS products, ideally in fintech or payroll
• Experience with third-party system integrations and data analysis using SQL or spreadsheets
