A company is looking for a VP of Product for their Adaptive SPM Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercialization of new platform modules, validating product-market fit and defining pricing strategies
• Define and execute a multi-ecosystem expansion strategy, integrating with various work management systems
• Build and mentor a high-performing product organization, fostering a culture of accountability and data-led decision making

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in leadership roles within B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of building solutions with experience in platform development and ecosystem integrations
• Strong commercial mindset with expertise in go-to-market strategy and ROI analysis
• Experience in change management and guiding teams through strategic pivots
• Demonstrated operational excellence in managing matrixed resources
