VP of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Product to own and scale its Marketplace business.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-module adoption and define pricing strategies to increase ARR
• Ensure Tempo owns the most complete dataset for execution data within Jira
• Build and lead a high-performing team while maintaining product focus and discipline

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in Product Management, including VP/Sr Director roles
• Experience with scaled B2B SaaS products generating meaningful ARR
• Familiarity with AI-driven product processes
• Experience building within or alongside major platforms like Atlassian
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing team members
