VP of Product

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Product to lead its product and engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, refine, and execute the long-term AI-first product vision and strategy
• Lead, coach, and manage the full product & engineering organization across both product tracks
• Facilitate quarterly strategy and OKR planning at the executive level

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience leading cross-functional organizations that include design, data, and/or engineering
• Hands-on experience building AI-first products
• Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian
• Experience driving company-level strategy and quarterly OKR planning
