VP of Product

Job Summary

Owning the direction of Pharos Cloud, the full-time remote VP of Product will drive product strategy, engage directly with enterprise customers, and manage the complete product development cycle while reporting to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Pharos Cloud, originating plans and recommendations
• Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with key enterprise customers to inform product development
• Oversee the full product development cycle from discovery through launch and iteration

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management with significant senior-level experience
• Proven track record of owning a product through its complete lifecycle, from discovery to iteration
• Experience connecting product decisions to revenue outcomes such as ARR, retention, and pricing
• Background in a company with fewer than 300 employees, thriving in a lean, fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated technical depth through direct collaboration with engineering on architecture decisions
