VP of Product

Job Summary

Owning the product roadmap, the full-time remote VP of Product will manage strategy, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering and mortgage solutions experts to drive product development in the mortgage automation space.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap, balancing customer-driven features and technical debt reduction
• Partner closely with internal experts and engineering to inform product decisions and manage deployment timelines
• Define and track success metrics for major releases and AI-enabled features while ensuring responsible AI governance

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Proven track record of managing product roadmaps from concept through deployment
• Experience working closely with engineering on technical constraints and trade-offs
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI and automation into product strategy
• Strong prioritization skills and effective communication across technical and commercial domains
