VP of Product and Design
Job Summary
Leading a high-performing Product and Design team, the full-time VP of Product and Design will drive the vision for sidewalk logistics, partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to align priorities and execute company strategy in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and elevate a strong product management and design team while fostering a culture of collaboration and experimentation
- Translate corporate strategy and customer needs into clear product priorities and maintain a robust product roadmap
- Champion user-centered design principles and ensure that customer insights inform product development processes
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, or related technology leadership roles
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing product teams, including managing senior product leaders
- Demonstrated experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for complex technology products
- Proven track record of translating company strategy and customer needs into measurable business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, design, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
