VP of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the AI-product and data-intelligence portfolio, the full-time remote VP of Product Management will define and execute a multi-year product strategy, build and mentor a high-performance team, and collaborate technically with engineering and data science teams to enhance aviation maintenance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year product strategy for the Data Intelligence and AIRE portfolio aligned with corporate objectives
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners to foster a customer-obsessed product culture
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams on system design, API strategy, and data modeling discussions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in a senior or executive role overseeing multiple products
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with data products, analytics platforms, or algorithm/ML-driven solutions
• Proven track record building and scaling B2B SaaS products with experience in API-based platform strategies
• Strong command of SaaS metrics and financial acumen, including pricing strategy and business case development
