Job Summary
The full-time remote VP of Product Management will lead the Product Management and UX teams at IPSY, driving product strategy and execution across web, mobile, and internal platforms while collaborating with business and engineering leaders to enhance customer experiences and support growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the multi-year product strategy, aligning it with IPSY's business objectives
- Manage portfolio prioritization and maintain a transparent roadmap that drives cross-functional alignment
- Act as the authority on customer journeys, utilizing data and research to optimize product experiences and drive growth
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in building and scaling product roadmaps, preferably in consumer or e-commerce sectors
- 10+ years in a senior product leadership role managing a multi-product portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Design, or Economics
- Proven track record of connecting product strategy to business outcomes and making strategic trade-offs
- Data-driven mindset with experience in establishing metrics and experimentation practices
