Job Summary

Driving commercialization strategies, the full-time remote VP of Product Marketing & Field Enablement will develop portfolio narratives and enablement programs to empower Sales, Partnerships, and Client Success teams, ensuring effective positioning and adoption of Swoop's solutions across the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead commercialization and go-to-market strategy for Swoop's portfolio, ensuring alignment among Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams
  • Develop compelling portfolio narratives and scalable commercial resources that resonate with pharmaceutical manufacturers and healthcare marketing stakeholders
  • Own the Field Enablement strategy, providing Sales and Client Success teams with tools, resources, and training to support customer engagement initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in product marketing, particularly within HealthTech and AdTech
  • Experience developing commercialization strategies for pharmaceutical manufacturers and healthcare technology organizations
  • Deep expertise in commercial storytelling and translating complex product portfolios into client-centric narratives
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
