• Lead and develop the product management organization across the Member Experience product family
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and optimizing product performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of product management experience
• 5+ years of recent senior product leadership experience
• Proven experience leading healthcare technology or digital health products
• Deep understanding of provider, payer, and patient workflows, and regulatory frameworks
