VP of Product Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Product Operations who will lead a centralized team delivering shared services across product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across Digital UX, Customer Experience, Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and Product Analytics
• Oversee the delivery of shared services, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and tailored to product needs
• Partner with product leadership to align services with business objectives and implement continuous improvement processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in product, customer/user experience, or marketing
• 3 years of proven leadership experience managing and coaching teams
• 3 years of experience in a third-party administrator or health plan
• Deep knowledge of self-funded health plans and compliance in the healthcare payer space
