VP of Product Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Product Strategy & Enablement responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of mortgage products and driving product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of mortgage products, including audits and documentation
• Collaborate with sales leaders to expand market utilization and product adoption
• Lead product training and marketing efforts to enhance field enablement

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership in mortgage product management with knowledge of underwriting principles
• Experience in developing training and enablement programs for sales teams
• Strong collaboration skills across Operations, Underwriting, and Technology teams
• Familiarity with Pricing & Product Engine (PPE) platforms and Loan Operating Systems (LOS)
• Ability to work flexible hours during peak business periods
