VP of Product - Trading

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Product- Trading.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic goals
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers
• Oversee all stages of the product life cycle and manage the product backlog and roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong background in FinTech, trading systems, blockchain, or financial markets
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies
• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools
