VP of Professional Services

Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction of Digital Professional Services across the Americas, the full-time VP of Professional Services will drive growth, enhance operational excellence, and modernize implementation processes through AI and automation, while ensuring alignment with sales and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Americas Digital Professional Services strategy to enhance customer value and execution consistency
• Own financial performance metrics, including revenue, margins, and cost control
• Partner with Digital Sales to ensure readiness for large and complex implementation opportunities

Required qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Professional Services organizations delivering enterprise digital programs
• Experience managing SaaS and/or on-premise implementations
• Strong ownership of regional financial performance and stakeholder management
• Proven track record of improving delivery through automation or AI-enabled tools
• Experience leading migration programs from legacy or competitor platforms
