VP of Professional Services PMO

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Professional Services PMO.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and scale delivery standards and implement project management frameworks to enhance execution
• Provide visibility into portfolio performance and improve forecast accuracy in collaboration with Finance and Services Operations
• Establish an operating cadence for portfolio reviews and partner cross-functionally to improve alignment between scoping, planning, and execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• PMP or PgMP certification required
• 15+ years of experience in Professional Services, Program Management, or Consulting/Services Transformation leadership
• Proven track record leading large, complex global customer delivery programs in a SaaS or Enterprise technology environment
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale a Professional Services PMO, driving governance and execution excellence
