VP of Project Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP - Projects to oversee complex project management services and lead a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project implementation from pre-construction to final delivery, managing all phases of construction
• Establish and manage project budgets, including forecasts and cost reports
• Negotiate contracts and provide performance management of consultants, vendors, and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to interact effectively with executive-level clients and stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience managing medium to large development and re-development projects
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and scheduling in corporate real estate
• Proficiency in PDS technology relevant to assigned projects
• Experience in supervising, training, and mentoring project managers
