Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, R&D Pipeline & Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the integrated R&D pipeline strategy and governance processes
Identify strategic gaps in project delivery and propose transformation initiatives
Lead cross-functional R&D project management and ensure timely delivery of transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in scientific, business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech R&D, including transformation and portfolio leadership
Extensive knowledge of drug development and global operating models
Proven ability to influence and mobilize teams in a matrixed environment
Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
