VP of Renewals

Job Summary

Driving the global renewals strategy, the full-time VP of Renewals will maximize Annual Recurring Revenue Renewal Rates, manage renewal opportunity pipelines, and oversee customer operations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive achievement of quarterly and annual ARR Renewal Rate and Renewal Billings Targets
• Manage a rigorous, data-driven renewal forecasting process and optimize renewal workflows
• Lead and develop high-performing Renewals and Customer Operations teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of renewal operations leadership experience in a global software environment
• Proven expertise in accurate forecasting and pipeline management
• Experience with international and channel transactions in renewal operations
• Deep understanding of Cloud-Based and On-premises business models
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills with executive presence
