Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end lifecycle marketing and retention strategy, the remote VP of Retention and LTV will manage a team focused on enhancing customer lifetime value, operationalizing personalization, and integrating AI to optimize marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Set and execute lifecycle and retention strategies to drive long-term customer LTV
- Lead and develop a team of three, fostering high performance and accountability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance loyalty programs and customer engagement channels
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in retention, lifecycle, loyalty, or subscriber marketing, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Experience as a senior leader at a high-growth subscription DTC business
- Proven track record of improving LTV or retention metrics at scale
- Deep knowledge of subscription mechanics and hands-on experience with relevant tools like Klaviyo/Postscript
- Experience in utilizing AI for automating marketing flows and personalization
