VP of Revenue Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Operations to drive revenue growth and operational scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the revenue engine, focusing on forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline
• Manage Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Support to ensure revenue predictability
• Implement systems to reduce churn and improve net revenue retention

Required Qualifications

• Experience scaling a SaaS company with $5M-$15M ARR
• Proven track record in revenue operations and team management
• Ability to challenge and work directly with a founder
• Experience cleaning up CRM systems and improving forecasting accuracy
• Comfortable in fast-paced, scrappy environments
