Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of RevOps & Enablement to build, scale, and optimize their global revenue engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own global sales planning processes, including forecasting and pipeline health
  • Build and scale a best-in-class Sales Operations function and optimize the end-to-end sales funnel
  • Define and execute a global sales enablement strategy, ensuring teams have the necessary tools and training
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations/RevOps, with at least 5+ in leadership roles
  • Proven experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Strong track record in building scalable go-to-market processes and infrastructure
  • Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and modern go-to-market tech stacks
