Job Summary

VP of Revenue Operations is a full-time, salaried position responsible for architecting and leading a modern revenue operations function, focusing on building systems, optimizing technology, and driving revenue outcomes across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the RevOps roadmap in collaboration with C-suite and VP leaders across various departments
  • Design and optimize the revenue tech stack, ensuring data quality and integration of tools
  • Establish a culture of experimentation to drive improvements in conversion rates and revenue attribution
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM Engineering, or a related technical function
  • Proven track record in leading RevOps at a growth-stage B2B company
  • Deep hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with integration and automation platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Experience deploying LLMs or similar technologies within GTM workflows
