Job Summary

To support a growing RevOps function, the full-time remote VP of Revenue Operations will manage the GTM tech stack, oversee revenue intelligence and reporting, and drive sales enablement while collaborating closely with the CFO and VP of Sales.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the CRM architecture, data integrity, and workflow automation within the GTM tech stack
  • Build and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into sales performance and revenue trends
  • Streamline onboarding and enablement processes to enhance sales team productivity and effectiveness
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience building and scaling a RevOps function at a B2B company in the $50M-$250M revenue range
  • Deep Salesforce expertise, including CRM architecture and data governance
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in building models and communicating insights to executive stakeholders
  • Experience partnering directly with C-suite leaders and influencing decisions with data
