Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops business plans and sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability
• Leads and develops the sales team while supporting effective sales closure and prospect development
• Assists in the creation and implementation of marketing plans and manages pipeline reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in POS, payments, retail tech, or SaaS
• Proven success in leading both sales and marketing functions
• Strong understanding of merchant services and payment processing
• Experience in the independent retail wine and liquor industry is a strong plus
• Demonstrated ability to influence actions and motivate teams
