Job Summary

Leading global sales and RevOps functions, the remote VP of Sales and RevOps will drive sustainable revenue growth, set clear sales strategies, and manage a distributed team to achieve revenue goals and improve team performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the revenue number, including sales targets, pipeline creation, and forecasting
  • Lead, coach, and manage the global sales team, ensuring accountability and support for results
  • Develop and maintain a practical go-to-market strategy in collaboration with company leaders
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in senior sales leadership roles, with a focus on product sales and revenue growth
  • 3+ years leading a RevOps function
  • 5+ years of experience in the music industry, preferably in a B2B context
  • Proven track record of leading B2B SaaS sales teams, ideally in music tech or adjacent creative industries
  • Experience managing distributed/remote teams across multiple geographies
