Job Summary
Leading global sales and RevOps functions, the remote VP of Sales and RevOps will drive sustainable revenue growth, set clear sales strategies, and manage a distributed team to achieve revenue goals and improve team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Own the revenue number, including sales targets, pipeline creation, and forecasting
- Lead, coach, and manage the global sales team, ensuring accountability and support for results
- Develop and maintain a practical go-to-market strategy in collaboration with company leaders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in senior sales leadership roles, with a focus on product sales and revenue growth
- 3+ years leading a RevOps function
- 5+ years of experience in the music industry, preferably in a B2B context
- Proven track record of leading B2B SaaS sales teams, ideally in music tech or adjacent creative industries
- Experience managing distributed/remote teams across multiple geographies
