Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Sales- Taft-Hartley & Labor Markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational and strategic efforts to grow the business across Taft-Hartley funds and multi-employer plans
- Increase customer base, loyalty, revenue per customer, and top-line financial growth within the labor trust segment
- Build strong relationships with fund trustees, benefits directors, and labor union stakeholders to drive product sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
- 5-7+ years of sales experience within the Taft-Hartley or multi-employer benefits space
- Deep understanding of the Taft-Hartley Act and jointly-managed fund governance
- Experience with trustee-driven buying processes and fiduciary-oriented RFP responses
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a relationship-intensive sales environment
