Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Sales- Taft-Hartley & Labor Markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead operational and strategic efforts to grow the business across Taft-Hartley funds and multi-employer plans
  • Increase customer base, loyalty, revenue per customer, and top-line financial growth within the labor trust segment
  • Build strong relationships with fund trustees, benefits directors, and labor union stakeholders to drive product sales
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
  • 5-7+ years of sales experience within the Taft-Hartley or multi-employer benefits space
  • Deep understanding of the Taft-Hartley Act and jointly-managed fund governance
  • Experience with trustee-driven buying processes and fiduciary-oriented RFP responses
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a relationship-intensive sales environment
