Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales for Retirement Plan Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for defined contribution plans in the Large Market segment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects, advisors, and consultants
  • Manage the sales process and collaborate with internal partners to achieve business goals
Required Qualifications
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with personal integrity and resilience
  • Client-facing service or intermediary sales experience
  • Knowledge of qualified and non-qualified plan marketplace and competitor insights
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; postgraduate and/or certification preferred
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (can be obtained under condition of employment)
