Job Summary

Leading the development and innovation of the marketing technology ecosystem, the full-time remote VP of Software Engineering will manage high-performing engineering teams while also contributing directly to coding and architecture decisions to enhance digital experiences and optimize lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and scale engineering teams focused on marketing technology and customer acquisition platforms
• Contribute hands-on to system design and development, ensuring high-quality, production-ready code
• Drive architecture and optimization of systems supporting digital marketing and conversion funnels

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including senior leadership roles
• Hands-on coding experience in Java, TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in marketing technology or customer-facing platforms
• Strong background in modern web architecture, APIs, and scalable cloud-based systems
• Experience integrating CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
