VP of Software Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the software engineering organization, the full-time VP of Software Engineering will unify multiple platforms into a modern architecture, build an AI-first global engineering team, and drive the transformation to a Product Operating Model in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the technical strategy and roadmap to integrate multiple products into a single platform using generative AI technologies
• Increase engineering team velocity and quality by embedding AI-assisted development tools and collaborating with Product Management
• Build and scale a high-performing global engineering organization, ensuring accountability through cross-functional teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years in software engineering with 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing a global engineering organization
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams and transitioning to a Product Operating Model
• Proven track record of consolidating multiple platforms through rearchitecture or post-acquisition integration
• Strong technical background in architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security decisions
