Job Summary

Building and scaling the direct sales motion for a software platform, the full-time remote VP of Software Sales will own revenue targets, hire and ramp sales teams, and design the sales process from outreach to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the revenue targets for the software sales motion, including pipeline and conversion metrics
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), establishing performance benchmarks
  • Design and document the end-to-end sales process, including outreach strategies and deal stages
Required Qualifications:
  • Direct SaaS sales leadership experience with IT, MSP, or security buyers in mid-market companies
  • Proven experience as a VP or Director of Sales with direct ownership of revenue targets
  • Demonstrated success in hiring and ramping SDRs and AEs from the ground up
  • Experience with B2B sales cycles of 60 to 180 days
  • Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to lead demos and executive presentations
