VP of Strategic Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Strategic Finance to lead financial strategy and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own long-range financial planning, annual operating plans, and forecasts
• Lead FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to executives and support capital markets and M&A activities

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge and experience in the crypto industry
• 12+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking
• Experience with Board reporting and capital-related processes
• Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills
• Prior experience with IPO and M&A transactions is a plus
