Key responsibilities
- Own and develop partnerships with major HR technology and AI platforms, ensuring deep integration and collaboration
- Structure commercial models for each partnership and build the function as it scales
- Engage with senior executives to foster relationships and drive strategic initiatives across various platforms
Required qualifications
- 12+ years in strategic technology partnerships within enterprise software, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of signing and managing partnerships with major platform companies
