Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Strategic Sales for the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue excellence by achieving Annual Recurring Revenue objectives and forecasting targets
  • Execute strategic planning to maximize revenue through various lead generation initiatives
  • Manage sales operations using Salesforce.com for accurate forecasting and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Located in Western US, preferably CA or CO
  • 15+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in Human Capital Management or Health sectors
  • Documented history of consistent quota over-achievement
  • Experience selling enterprise products/services with a focus on value-based selling methodologies
  • Strong familiarity with sales tools including Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
