Job Summary
A company is looking for a VP of Strategic Sales for the West Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue excellence by achieving Annual Recurring Revenue objectives and forecasting targets
- Execute strategic planning to maximize revenue through various lead generation initiatives
- Manage sales operations using Salesforce.com for accurate forecasting and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Located in Western US, preferably CA or CO
- 15+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably in Human Capital Management or Health sectors
- Documented history of consistent quota over-achievement
- Experience selling enterprise products/services with a focus on value-based selling methodologies
- Strong familiarity with sales tools including Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
