Job Summary
Leading the strategic enterprise business for Global 2000 and Fortune 500 accounts, the full-time VP of Strategic Sales will oversee revenue performance through a multi-layer management structure, drive expansion into new verticals, and engage with C-level buyers to shape deal strategies in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the NAMER Strategic segment's revenue performance and manage L2 and L1 sales leaders
- Define and execute strategies for expansion into new verticals within the Strategic segment
- Serve as executive sponsor for major accounts, engaging with C-level executives to influence deal strategies
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in a VP-equivalent role managing a multi-layered sales organization
- Track record of building and scaling talent at L2 and L1 levels
- Proven ability to identify and execute market expansion strategies
- Executive presence and credibility with C-suite stakeholders
- Experience in rigorous forecast discipline and pipeline management across large organizations
