VP of Strategic Sourcing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an enterprise-wide vendor management program, including vendor evaluation and contract negotiations
• Oversee vendor performance metrics and compliance with contractual, financial, and regulatory standards
• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and drive scalable growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of ten (10) years of vendor contracting and management experience
• Minimum of ten (10) years of senior leadership experience in strategy development and implementation
• Extensive experience in negotiating large external vendor contracts
• Preferred experience in healthcare, managed care, and/or insurance sectors
