VP of Strategy and Operations

Job Summary

Partnering closely with the CEO, the full-time remote VP of Strategy and Operations will drive strategic growth decisions through data analysis, oversee revenue operations, and manage company systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical dashboards to inform leadership on growth, pricing, and resource allocation
• Oversee end-to-end revenue operations, including pipeline management and forecasting for scalable revenue growth
• Manage the operational cadence of the company, including leadership meetings and board processes

Required qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, BizOps, or chief of staff roles, preferably in an early-stage company
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building revenue models, budgets, and pricing strategies
• Proven experience in revenue operations, including CRM systems and sales processes
• Experience preparing board materials and managing board processes with professionalism
• Executive-level presence with the ability to handle sensitive compensation and legal matters
