VP of Student Experience

Job Summary

To lead the strategy and design of a future-forward, AI-enabled student experience, the full-time remote VP of Student Experience Product will manage the development of digital products supporting student success, while building and guiding a senior product team to enhance engagement, retention, and completion outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and multi-year strategy for an integrated student experience, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities
• Build and lead a small team of senior product managers, establishing standards for product management and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Partner with IT leadership to drive the redesign of student journeys, leveraging technology to enhance student success and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 10 years of related experience, including 8+ years in product management and 3+ years in a product leadership role
• Experience in building or transforming product or digital-experience functions within complex organizations
• Demonstrated track record of leading research-informed product discovery and translating insights into measurable outcomes
• Experience in EdTech, higher education, or similar multi-stakeholder environments preferred
