Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Subservicing Oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee relationship management and operational performance of third-party mortgage subservicers
• Conduct performance reviews and operational assessments to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Lead onboarding and implementation of new subservicing partners while ensuring accurate reporting on servicing performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mortgage servicing with exposure to Non-QM loan products
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing operations and regulations
• Experience managing third-party mortgage subservicers and vendor relationships
• Proven leadership ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners
