VP of Systems Engineering

Job Summary

VP of Systems Engineering leads a full-time, salaried team responsible for driving technical sales success, customer engagement, and team development across the North America region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of Systems Engineers across the NAR region
• Develop and execute a strategic SE business plan to drive growth and revenue targets
• Guide pre-sales activities and act as a technical escalation point for complex deployments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 15+ years of pre-sales or systems engineering experience in networking
• 7+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking solutions, including wireless and switching
• Proven ability to operate across complex and matrixed organizations
