VP of Systems Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a geographically distributed team, the full-time salaried VP of Systems Engineering NAR will drive technical sales success through partner enablement and customer engagement while shaping strategy and fostering trust across the North America region.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of Systems Engineers across the NAR region
• Develop and execute a strategic SE business plan to drive growth
• Partner with regional sales leadership to achieve revenue targets and market expansion

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 15+ years of pre-sales or systems engineering experience in networking
• 7+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking solutions, including wireless and switching
• Proven ability to operate across complex and matrixed organizations
