Job Summary
To drive the development of a robust platform, the fully remote VP of Technology and Product will manage software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and security while overseeing two sub-organizations and ensuring high uptime, release velocity, and security posture.
Key responsibilities
- Build and run the platform, translating the roadmap into shipped products
- Lead Engineering and Infrastructure teams, ensuring alignment with organizational standards
- Own platform uptime, release velocity, security posture, and associated costs
Required qualifications
- Experience leading engineering and infrastructure for a commerce or consumer platform
- Proven track record of owning uptime, release velocity, and security posture
- Demonstrated ability to ship products based on a defined roadmap
- Experience managing cloud and platform costs
- Familiarity with scaling engineering organizations beyond the founding team is a plus
