Job Summary
To lead the centralized Technology Program Management function, the full-time remote VP of Technology Program Management will drive strategic execution, manage a portfolio of technology initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across a high-growth e-commerce platform.
Key responsibilities
- Drive annual planning and OKR alignment across the technology organization
- Lead the centralized PMO function and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives related to platform modernization and operational excellence
- Establish and oversee enterprise resource management practices to support effective portfolio execution and capacity planning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in technology leadership, including 5+ years in a PMO role
- Proven track record supporting executive leaders in high-growth environments
- Hands-on fluency with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira and Asana
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and ROI analysis
