VP of Tokenization

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Tokenization to lead the global ecosystem strategy and partner network expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the global ecosystem and product partnership strategy
• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations for new partnerships
• Build and manage a pipeline of ecosystem opportunities aligned with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience in fintech, crypto infrastructure, or enterprise partnerships
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-party deals
• Strong technical understanding of blockchain infrastructure, including API-based custody and transaction processing
• Deep knowledge of blockchain architectures and compliance considerations
• Experience working with Product and Engineering leadership on integrations
