VP of Underwriting and Portfolio

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Portfolio & Underwriting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the Underwriting & Portfolio teams, including managerial duties
• Ensures compliance with credit quality standards and manages credit origination scorecards
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for portfolio reporting and resolving distressed accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; Master's degree preferred
• Typically 12+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in Alternative Energy Portfolio, Underwriting, or Asset Management
• Prior people leadership experience
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
