Job Summary

Leading strategic initiatives to enhance underwriting operations, the full-time remote VP of Underwriting Enablement will oversee product management, improve underwriting processes, and drive cross-functional collaboration to align practices with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the development and execution of product strategies to support business growth and profitability
• Drive field enablement by maintaining underwriting guidelines and creating training resources for underwriting teams
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, Insurance, or related field
• 10-15 years of underwriting experience with progressively senior roles in underwriting management
• 10-15 years of leadership experience managing teams and driving strategic initiatives
• Experience in operational and process improvement, particularly with technology solutions
• Knowledge of industry trends and technology's role in underwriting processes
