Key Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing plans and maintain high standards of operations to ensure product quality
• Implement logistics plans and budgets to meet customer needs while adhering to budget constraints
• Provide leadership and direction for manufacturing operations and warehouse departments to achieve operational goals

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in industrial, mechanical, or business administration
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse management, preferably in a process-oriented environment
• Experience with manufacturing-based technology, processes, and principles is preferred
• Proficient with various computer software applications, including pivot tables and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible work environment
