VP of WBSO

Job Summary

To promote and facilitate the successful implementation of the Wuxi Business System, the remote VP of WBSO will manage Policy Deployment and Key Performance Indicator targets while providing training and mentoring to ensure WBS Sustainability across Wuxi Biologics.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in achieving business unit Policy Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives
• Lead the adoption and use of WBS Fundamentals throughout China and support site leadership in developing WBS roadmaps
• Provide formal and informal WBS training and coaching, while facilitating kaizen events to eliminate workflow impediments

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of Operations or Engineering experience
• BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's Degree preferred
• Mastery of WBS Fundamentals and various WBS Lean tools
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Hands-on experience implementing WBS in a line management role
