Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time remote VP Operations - Fiberglass & Autocovers will oversee manufacturing performance, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while developing long-term operational strategies for sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead all Fiberglass and Auto Cover manufacturing facilities to align with company objectives and growth plans
- Drive improvements in manufacturing efficiency, cost management, and capacity planning through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance enterprise performance and operational scalability
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations preferred
- 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with executive-level responsibility for multi-site operations
- Experience in consumer durables, industrial manufacturing, or related industries preferred
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large operating and capital budgets
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and change management methodologies
